I'm very familiar with Simpleology and there is some good stuff in there. However, Pat is right about the duplicate content and the search engine suggestions. Actually recently I had a page from one of my blogs I wrote showing up on the first page of Google an hour after I wrote it. Basically by pinging it through ipings.com. So this proves you don't need to submit it to google, etc. As far as the articles and duplicate content you want some good software for spinning articles, however don't use one that simply rewrites the multiple versions for you. Otherwise you will get unreadable crap. You need to also write additional paragraphs - content in your article to feed into the spinner to create additional versions.
