This is a great way to get a player into your website, and the directions on the site are pretty clear. What you do is make a video, using a Flip Cam (which are totally awesome and easy) or a video cam, upload it to a folder on your hosting account via FTP, and then, use the player that's described. I've tried doing this without this player, and believe me... it's a nightmare.
